At Adria Lenses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Shipping & Returns policy outlines our procedures for shipping orders and processing returns.


Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.

Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods, including standard shipping and expedited shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

International Shipping: We ship internationally to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.


Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Once you have received your RA number, please securely package the item and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.
